Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience of developing secure customer-facing browser-based software applications
- Experience with Blazor, .NET Core, SQL, Azure or equivalents
- Experience with DevOps approaches and a CI/CD pipeline framework
- Experience of serverless application architecture, ideally within Azure
- High level of technical proficiency and IT aptitude
- Critical thinking and logical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

About the Role
The Software Developer at Gregory Distribution Ltd will be responsible for building secure and efficient browser-based applications that integrate with their core business systems. This role involves developing a diverse portfolio of software solutions, from small-scale utilities to larger strategic applications, using the company’s technology stack (.NET Core, SQL, Blazor, Azure).
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining browser-based applications
- Developing both internally accessible and externally facing applications
- Writing clean, functional code on both the front and back-end
- Maintaining awareness of web application security standards
- Participating in the full Software Development Lifecycle
- Producing accurate estimates for project deliverables
- Supporting developed applications and resolving issues
- Defining test requirements and coordinating testing
- Maintaining application-related documentation
- Handling escalated issues and driving them to resolution
- Supporting service transition to BAU
