Job Overview
Role Summary:
The Operational Manager will oversee the management, performance, and delivery of high-quality care within the Yorkshire and Humber Mother and Baby Unit, Perinatal Outreach Team, and Leeds Community Perinatal Mental Health Service. This role requires a proven track record in operational management and service improvement within a clinical environment.
Main Duties:
- Manage and oversee the Perinatal Mental Health Service across various units.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Lead multi-disciplinary staff teams, providing line management and supervision.
- Drive service improvement and development.

Requirements:
- MSC or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years in a management role.
- High level of operational expertise and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
