About the Role
The successful candidate will provide professional administrative support, focusing on interrogating the Care database, in-depth Excel reporting, and general administrative support within the Care Team and across the wider charity. This role involves producing accurate and insightful reports using the database and Microsoft Excel for internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will play a significant role in the implementation and support of a new care database.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and confidential reporting and administrative support.
- Interrogate the Care database and produce in-depth Excel reports.
- Support the Care Team and wider charity with general administrative tasks.
- Cleanse raw data by organizing, transforming, and reshaping datasets.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
