Requirements:
- Five GCSEs at level 4/grade C or above, including Maths and English
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Experience in administrative roles, preferably in sales support

About the Role
The Sales Support Representative will assist the sales and renewals teams by handling the administrative aspects of the sales order process. This includes processing orders, completing deal registrations, and managing quotes. The role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure efficient order handling and exceptional service. While familiarity with technology like Kubernetes is not required from day one, a passion for learning and a technological mindset are important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales orders
- Complete deal registrations and handle sales quotes
- Collaborate with renewals and purchasing teams
- Approve credit facilities with the finance team
- Update and maintain CRM system data
- Resolve queries from account managers and customers
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
