About the Role
The Customer Hub Advisor position involves delivering exceptional customer service through various channels including telephone, email, and web chat. Advisors are responsible for managing customer queries, building rapport, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service and a desire to grow within a dynamic online retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer contacts and resolve issues efficiently and courteously
