About the Role
The Senior Digital Practice Support Manager will work within the User Centred Design (UCD) Practice Support team to build digital capacity and capability. The role involves leading recruitment efforts, implementing a standardised approach to resource management, and engaging with the Practice community to foster collaboration and capability building. The primary focus will be on recruitment and capacity coordination within the UCD Practice, which supports design and research activities across the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the demand profile for UCD and enhance the recruitment journey.
- Coordinate recruitment and deploy members to assignments.
- Support the organization of practice events and development of frameworks.
- Work closely with the Digital Capability Team to align with strategic objectives.
