About the Role
Stockport NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated Health Care Assistant to join their 28-bedded acute urology ward – Ward D7. The successful applicant will be expected to work to high standards of patient care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Provide support to the registered nurse in the delivery of patient care
-
Work collaboratively within the multi-disciplinary team, assisting and promoting patients’ independence
-
Assist with patient hygiene and dressing, feeding, maintaining dignity and respect
-
Keep the environment clean and tidy and maintain good documentation
