About the Role
As a Customer Support Partner, you will be crucial in providing exceptional service to John Lewis customers. Whether opening a Partnership Credit Card, serving in the Bureau de Change, or assisting couples with their Gift List service, your role will be varied and dynamic. You’ll also handle lost property, assist with customer complaints, and support in-store events.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service
