Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support, particularly in first, second, and third-line support
- Strong technical skills in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal staff and external stakeholders
- Experience with IT Service Management tools and maintaining knowledge bases

- Flexibility to provide Service Desk cover as needed

About the Role:
As an EUC Engineer at NHS Counter Fraud Authority, you will be a key member of the Technology User Services team, responsible for providing top-tier IT support to NHSCFA employees. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining the security and integrity of IT systems. This is a customer-centric position requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first, second, and third-line support for IT issues
- Ensure service levels and customer satisfaction targets are met
- Maintain and secure IT hardware and software systems
- Act as an escalation point within the Technology User Services team
- Manage and document incidents using the IT Service Management Tool
- Configure new IT equipment and manage access to technology systems
- Partner with other teams and agencies to deliver exceptional service
