About the Role:
The Administrative Officer will oversee the operational delivery of administrative support within the Research professional services team. This includes managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading the Research Admin Team. The role involves continuous process improvements, event coordination, and the maintenance of the School’s research web pages and social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative support for research activities.
- Oversee HR, finance, and general admin functions.
- Lead budget management and ensure financial compliance.
- Support health and safety measures across multiple locations.
- Supervise the Research Admin Team, aligning their work with School priorities.
- Maintain and develop School research web pages and social media.
