About the Role
The Human Resources Specialist will provide comprehensive administrative support to the London HR team, focusing on HR operations and business support. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth running of HR functions, including employee onboarding, payroll administration, absence management, and recruitment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HR managers to deliver high-quality HR services, maintain accurate records, and contribute to various HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for HR processes such as leavers, probation, promotions, and contract changes
- Prepare new joiner induction schedules and conduct welcome meetings
- Manage absence records, payroll changes, and holiday booking systems
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and HR data
- Maintain and update HR procedures and documentation
- Support recruitment efforts, including job posting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Assist with risk management and ensure compliance with UK employment law and GDPR
