Main Duties of the Job
- Support technical Microbiology activities within a high-paced department serving multiple NHS trusts.
- Direct involvement in testing samples, including handling human samples such as urine, faeces, and swabs.
- Reception, data input, and autoclaving of samples and waste.
- Cleaning of equipment and general laboratory duties.
- Lifting and moving moderately heavy loads.

Requirements
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.

- Previous Microbiology laboratory experience is desirable but not essential.
