Requirements
- Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience as a social worker
- Expertise in Care Proceedings from Public Law Outline to Final Hearing
- Strong leadership abilities, including mentoring and assessment development
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a Family Safeguarding Model
- Confident in handling complex caseloads

About the Role
This role involves supporting the Family Safeguarding Teams to improve outcomes for children and families across West Berkshire. Utilizing a multidisciplinary approach, you will collaborate with Domestic Abuse Practitioners, Recovery Workers, and Mental Health Practitioners to provide effective group-based interventions. As a Senior Social Worker, you will manage a complex caseload, conduct assessments, and contribute to delivering high-quality services, in line with local and national guidelines.
