About the Role:
The Administrative Team Secretary / Cashier role involves providing essential administrative and cashiering support to the multidisciplinary team. Key duties include managing the Metro Card scheme, offering face-to-face cashiering services, assisting with interpretation and translation, and completing secretarial tasks for designated services. The role requires flexibility and a proactive approach to meet the evolving needs of the service while ensuring high service user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cashiering: Deliver face-to-face cashiering services while adhering to financial policies.
- Interpretation & Translation: Facilitate communication with service users through interpretation and translation services.
- Typing & Secretarial Support: Provide efficient typing and secretarial support.
- Procurement: Assist with procurement processes and ensure timely and accurate purchasing.
- Metro Card Scheme: Manage the Metro Card scheme, ensuring compliance and accurate records.

- Sponsorship: The Trust provides sponsorship only for registered healthcare practitioner roles.
