About the Role
As a Customer Advisor at Severn Trent, you will be the point of contact for customers regarding outstanding payments, helping maintain the financial health of the company. This role requires balancing professionalism with empathy, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with care. Your primary tasks will include monitoring accounts, contacting customers about overdue payments, processing payments, and resolving any billing issues.

- Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Investigate and contact clients regarding overdue payments.
- Encourage timely payments through effective communication.
- Process payments, refunds, and resolve billing discrepancies.
