About the Role:

The Head of Risk, Resilience and Security will oversee assurance and compliance activities, leading a team of specialists in risk management, business continuity, and cybersecurity. This role includes the implementation and continuous improvement of information security policies, processes, and procedures to maintain ISO27001 certification. Additionally, the role involves coordinating the enterprise risk management framework and ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection laws. This is a key leadership position within KAM’s HSQE Department, where the individual will drive the safety and security of Manchester’s Metrolink network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of risk and resilience strategies
• Maintain ISO27001 certification and oversee cybersecurity frameworks
• Manage the Security Management and Business Continuity plans
• Coordinate enterprise risk management and develop business continuity plans
• Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and GDPR requirements
