About the Role:

As a Care Assistant, you will play a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by providing compassionate support in both home care settings and care homes. Your responsibilities will include developing personalized care plans, assisting with daily activities such as grooming and meal preparation, and offering emotional support to clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and collaborating with the care team to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Drive to client locations as required
• Work closely with healthcare professionals and family members to coordinate care
