Requirements:
- Essential: Experience in computer literacy, care planning, and working towards an SVQ 3 in Social Care.
- Desirable: Respect for Christian worship and the ability to support service users’ attendance at worship.

About the Role:
As a Care Worker at Whinnieknowe, Nairn, you will be integral to the well-being of our residents. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing care plans, providing personal and intimate care, and assisting with mobility aids. You will work closely with health professionals, support residents’ mental and physical activities, and maintain a clean and safe environment. The role requires adherence to Health and Safety regulations and participation in staff meetings. You will also be expected to work on a rota, including weekends and evenings, and follow CrossReach’s financial procedures while undergoing necessary training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review care plans for residents
- Assist with personal and intimate care

- Monitor nutritional needs and answer emergency calls
