- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Experience in mental health support
- Ability to deliver sessions on a 1:1 basis or in groups

About the Role
This role involves supporting service users under the care of the CMHT, working as part of a multidisciplinary team. The support worker will assist individuals with severe mental health issues, particularly within the Assertive Outreach and Dual Diagnosis pathways. The focus will be on developing independent living skills and supporting recovery goals.
