Requirements:
- Experience: No prior theatre experience required.
- Skills: Strong customer service skills and a welcoming personality.
- Availability: Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and key holidays like Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, and Hogmanay. Mandatory attendance at two inductions on Tuesday, 1st October, and Friday, 4th October.
About the Role:
As a Customer Experience Team Member, you’ll be the face of the Ambassador Theatre Group, ensuring that every visitor has a memorable experience. You’ll provide exceptional customer service, help meet financial targets by promoting and selling products, and work as part of a friendly and ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Promote and sell products and packages, contributing to financial targets.
- Support the overall experience by being part of a dynamic, customer-focused team.
- Ensure availability for key holiday periods and inductions.
