About the Role:
The Customer Service Coordinator will ensure the provision of exceptional service to customers by meeting service deadlines and maintaining clear communication. Key responsibilities include managing the service book, handling service calls, liaising with suppliers, and supporting the Finance department. The role also involves adhering to financial regulations and achieving service targets. The Coordinator will work closely with various departments to enhance service delivery and maintain strong customer relationships.
