About the Role
The Healthcare Assistant will support both doctor and nursing teams by performing essential patient care tasks, clinical support, infection control, and stock management. The role also involves assisting with specialist clinics, ensuring effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the development of protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform treatment room duties according to established protocols
- Assist in specialist clinics as required
- Manage and maintain stock levels
- Identify opportunities for service delivery improvements
- Complete necessary documentation with accuracy
- Contribute to the development of practice protocols and guidelines
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Participate in the training of students
