Requirements
- Experience in a similar role supporting learners with SEND needs
- Level 3 SEN qualification
- Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for supporting people to achieve success
- Maths and English qualifications at a minimum of Level 2

About the Role
As an Additional Learning Support Tutor, the successful candidate will work within the Flexible Learning division, providing structured support using a range of effective interventions tailored to learners with additional needs. The role involves collaborating with tutors to make necessary adjustments, ensuring learner wellbeing, and setting clear learning support plans. The role is integral to enhancing learners’ educational opportunities and life skills.

- Deliver structured support to learners with additional needs

- Maintain accurate documentation and contact logs
