Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree and teaching qualification (consideration for those working towards them)
- Experience in teaching pre-undergraduate programmes such as Foundation or Pre-sessional courses
- Strong understanding of best practices in assessment and feedback for politics & social science
- Proven ability to design high-quality course materials
- High level of cultural competence and commitment to inclusive classroom practices
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience in working collaboratively to deliver an excellent student experience

About the Role:
The Lecturer in Politics & Social Science at King’s College London will be responsible for teaching international students on the King’s International Foundation, a one-year programme aimed at preparing students for undergraduate degrees. The role involves delivering modules on Global Politics and Social Sciences, providing high-quality feedback, and supporting students in their academic and personal development. The successful candidate will contribute to the enhancement of the foundation programme, engaging students from diverse backgrounds and helping them to achieve their potential.
