Requirements
- Qualifications: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, experience in older people’s care, and a full UK driving licence with access to a car.
- Experience: Knowledge of memory assessments and tools used for diagnosis, understanding of dementia care, and ability to support patients and families emotionally post-diagnosis.

About the Role
The Memory Assessment Nurse will work part-time in Leeds, focusing on assessing and supporting patients with signs of dementia. The role includes evaluating symptoms, discussing findings with the multidisciplinary team, and creating supportive care plans. The nurse will also provide post-diagnostic support, including practical advice and emotional support for patients and their families. Responsibilities involve clinic and home visits, with flexibility for remote work on documentation and administrative tasks.
