About the Role
This Mental Health Practitioner role is crucial for delivering patient-centered care within a busy community CAMHS team. The practitioner will manage a diverse caseload of young people with complex emotional needs, focusing on risk management and care planning. The role requires strong collaboration with external agencies such as social care and education. Practitioners will also participate in group facilitation and treatment delivery as part of a multidisciplinary team.
