About the Role
One to One Tutors are needed to provide additional support to students in developing their literacy and numeracy skills. Tutoring will take place with individual students or small groups, during and/or immediately before or after the school day. There will also be an element of remote tutoring for students who find it difficult to attend school.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering intervention programmes to individuals or small groups
- Creating personalised lesson plans
- Assessing student progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly
- Helping students develop study skills and improve academic performance
- Communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
