Job Description
LYPFT is seeking a dedicated part-time Band 6 Memory Nurse to join their team in the East/North East locality of Leeds. This role requires working 22.5 hours per week, with negotiable working days from Monday to Friday. Based near Chapeltown, Leeds LS7, the successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and supporting patients with dementia, both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The position includes hybrid working and running a weekly clinic. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential, as home visits are part of the role.
Skills and Qualifications
- RMN (Registered Mental Nurse) qualification
- Experience in dementia and memory assessments
- Expertise in older people’s care
- Strong dementia assessment skills
- Ability to support patients and their families post-diagnosis

- Location: Chapeltown, Leeds LS7
- Hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week, negotiable working days
Compensation
- Salary: £35,392 – £42,618 per annum, pro rata
