    Vida Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Patient Support Team Member to join their team. The role involves providing front-line support to patients, managing appointments, and handling inquiries both in person and over the phone. The successful candidate will work across multiple sites and must be adaptable to various tasks, including basic prescription administration and supporting colleagues.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide professional receptionist services, including booking, canceling, and checking appointments.
    • Handle patient inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
    • Manage a busy and complex appointment system.
    • Travel to various local sites as needed to provide reception coverage.
    • Assist with training new staff and ensure all procedures are followed.
    • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to health and safety policies.
