    The University of Edinburgh Business School is looking for a part-time receptionist to support key operations. The role involves providing an efficient and welcoming reception service, handling phone calls, and assisting with enquiries from visitors and staff. The position is 100% onsite, ensuring that the Business School’s operations run smoothly and professionally.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the first point of contact at the Business School reception.
    • Manage phone calls and direct enquiries to appropriate departments.
    • Provide support to staff and visitors with a professional and friendly approach.
    • Assist in the smooth running of daily operations by organizing and prioritizing tasks.
