Requirements:
- SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Basic computer skills
- Must be a practicing Christian, aligned with CrossReach’s Christian ethos
- Membership in the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme
- SSSC registration (must meet standards and criteria for registration)

About the Role:
As a Senior Care Worker at Cameron House, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality dementia care. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will supervise and support your team, manage daily operations, and contribute to care plans. Your role also includes providing management cover, ensuring a safe environment, and upholding the Christian ethos of the organization. This position requires a blend of leadership, compassion, and dedication to person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support care staff
- Manage staff planning and medication processes
- Contribute to care plans and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide management cover as needed
- Ensure health and safety standards are met
- Uphold and work within CrossReach’s Christian ethos
- Participate in staff recruitment, supervision, and training
