Requirements
- Doctoral level training in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
- HCPC registration
- Significant post-qualification experience, particularly in assessing and managing risks in older adult services
- Additional post-qualification training relevant to dementia care and supervision of colleagues

About the Role
This role focuses on delivering high-quality psychological services to inpatient wards for people with dementia at The Mount. The psychologist will assess, observe, and gather relevant histories, contribute to care and treatment plans, and offer psychological interventions. The role also involves supporting and training other professionals on the ward, supervising peers, leading on service development projects, and supporting family members.
