About the Role
The Support Services Administrator will provide essential reception and administrative support within the Forensic Service at Clifton House, York. This role involves managing a busy reception area, offering customer service, and ensuring efficient communication between staff, visitors, and patients. The role requires handling high-activity periods with composure, accurate message relay, and a methodical approach to clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive reception and administrative services
- Act as a point of contact for staff, visitors, and patients
- Manage telephone and face-to-face interactions
- Ensure adherence to confidentiality and information-sharing standards
- Participate in personal development and training initiatives
- Assist with the implementation of new systems and processes
