Requirements
- Registered Mental Health Nurse
- Experience in a band 5 position
- Knowledge of Mental Health Act (1983/2007) and Mental Capacity Act (2005)
- Strong communication and assessment skills

About the Role
The Urgent Care Practitioner will provide a safe and calm space for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. The role involves conducting biopsychosocial assessments, creating care plans, and ensuring the safety of service users at The Haven, a 24/7 crisis assessment unit in Eastbourne.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users
- Develop and implement care plans
- Collaborate with emergency services and healthcare teams
- Provide mental health crisis intervention
